We are a complete
machine shop that works on anything from custom fabrication from your spec's,
to a fully automated machine. We are capable of machining just about anything
that your needs require. We now have (7) of the latest Haas CNC
machines including: *Vertical's*
(3) VF-4 (20x50), (1) VF-2 (16x30), (1) TM-3 (20x40), *Lathe's* (1) SL-30
& (1) TL-1.
We also have two large SIP jigbores capable of
52"(x) x 70"(y) x 42"(z) , (1) large Bullard, and a couple of
12' bed lathes for any large shafting work, including a variety of other
8',6',4' bed lathes. Also, for your precision grinding needs, our new KENT
hydraulic precision grinder can handle any small to medium size job, table
size is 16" x 40", including a variety of blanchard grinders, surface grinders, O.D. and I.D grinding, plus
another 30+ standard machines, including a sandblast/glassbeading room
for large parts along with a cabinet for smaller parts. We
have a full weld shop and are certified in all metals. Fabricating large and
small frames, weldments, jigs or just
about anything of your needs can be handled. |
